Returning Your Purchase

If you are not fully satisfied with your Ayzora Product purchased directly from our official website, you may request a return by contacting our Customer Service team on WhatsApp at 1 (404) 974-6663

You may exercise your right to return products within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.


Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and unopened.

  • The product must remain in its sealed packaging with all original contents, including accessories and promotional items (if provided).

  • Products that are damaged, altered, unsealed, broken, incomplete, or show signs of use will not qualify for a refund.

The decision to approve a return will be made solely at the discretion of Zam Zam Supply , based on the condition of the returned goods.


Responsibility & Shipping Risks

Customers are responsible for choosing a secure and reliable shipping method when returning products. We do not accept liability for:

  • Items lost in transit

  • Delivery delays

  • Packages sent to an incorrect address

All such risks remain with the customer.


Refund Eligibility & Timeline

If your return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid, including the initial shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) calendar days from the time we are notified of your cancellation request.

Refunds may be held until:

  • The returned item has been received and inspected, or

  • Proof of shipment has been provided by you

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used during your purchase.


Applicability of Returns

The return and cancellation rights outlined here apply only to products purchased through the official website. Items bought from physical retail stores are not covered under this policy.


Simple Steps to Return Your Item

    • Go to your My Orders page and select Return Item.

  2. Arrange Collection

    • Our courier partner will schedule a pick-up at your convenience.

  3. Hand Over Safely

    • Provide the courier representative with the sealed, unopened package in its original state.

  4. Refund Processed

    • Once we receive and verify the item, we will process your refund promptly.
